Our law firm has joined the expert panel of authors and contributed the Cyprus chapter on Trademarks of the fifth annual edition of Getting the Deal Through - Trademarks 2009.
The book follows a Q & A format and tries to present the most important 'first-step' information that clients and cross-border practitioners need when doing trademark business in Cyprus.
The expert panel of authors was chosen by the Geting the Deal Through in conjunction with Kenyon & Kenyon LLP, New York. The book's Contributing Editors are Joseph F Nicholson and Stuart Sinder.
